3sixty 5 offers a 3 year guarantee on all LIFE products for normal consumer use. For (semi-)professional use the guarantee period for all materials and products is maximum 1 year.

The guarantee period starts at the moment the goods are transferred to the Caribbean and not when bought by the customer.

Excluded of guarantee are:

• Damages caused by wrong and uncareful use or montage.

• Damages caused by aggressive substances or an aggressive environment.

• Damages caused by external heat sources other than the sun.

• Damages caused by not following the user instructions.

• Partial colour variations caused by partially covering the furniture.

• Wear and tear that occur by normal use of the product, like sun bleaching.
